The second full week in April is STD (STI) Awareness Week. It provides an opportunity to raise awareness about STD/Is and how they impact our lives; reduce STD/I-related stigma, fear, and discrimination; and ensure people have the tools and knowledge to prevent, test for, and treat STD/Is.
