In BC they ordered enough for <30% to even hypothetically get a shot ... Assuming wastage that means they have guaranteed a ceiling here of no more than ~25% (and <20% for COVID) ... So even if folx wanted it, they wouldn't be able to get it. We've created a self fulfilling prophecy :-(

Our vaccination rates for things like measles are actually lower (in both AB and BC) than states considered vaccine backwaters in the USA ... We're the bad example for them in this regard, not the obverse :-(
