If you read the Gervais Principle, the hype is aimed through the sociopath peak of most organisations based on FOMO. There’s a reason why less than 15% of AI pilots have made it to production. It’s a far more complex story. Sam Altman is busy making headlines; it’s Demis Hassabis making history.
