Tissington Trail Marathon on Sunday, my first ever “stand alone” mara (I’ve done 2 in IM races). Training has been sporadic, but should be ok! Tough with a 10 month old who hasn’t slept through yet! Then straight into a 6 month block of IM training for Calella-Barcelona 🤦🏻

Very poor today. Wrong approach tactically, they were just better than us and dealt with the conditions much much better. Disappointing #pvfc

Given the circumstances, that was a point gained in the end, if a little disappointed we couldn’t quite hang on in the end. Season is long and we aren’t even half way yet #pvfc
