We were meant to fly from St Peter Port to Swansea, and travel on to Cardiff a few days later, but Swansea airport (air strip more realistically) didn't have instrument landing capabilities and the weather turned really bad en-route.

As part of a small team of organisers of the Queen's Jubilee Baton Relay for the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games, I travelled from Edinburgh to Douglas to St Helier to St Peter Port to Cardiff IN ONE DAY! Also visited London, Belfast & Brum on that epic journey. Have visited Dublin separately.
