Out today and almost a year since I spent a month back home in Manchester at the lovely Versa Studios as the technical manager for the new Netflix x Remarkable reality show Building The Band. Thanks to Steve Kruger for trusting me with it. A great team of people worked very hard on it!

I took a trip to Austin to watch the F1 this year and this brewery was just across the road from our apartment. This along with the chips & salsa from the nearby food truck were mind blowing! It's exactly what it says on the tin.

04 - Tegernsee - Spezial (5.6% Helles Lager)
Cafe Beermoth had this when I was in Manchester. I’ve always swayed to Augustiner when it comes to Bavarian lager but this being on tap got me very excited and it did not disappoint. Beautifully refreshing while still packing a big malty hit! Sublime!
