Watched Twin Peaks with my family as a kid (loved). Had nightmares from Fire Walk With Me for years. Watched Dune as an adult after reading the books, wasn't fond of the film. Couldn't get into Blue Velvet as a teenager, the singing annoyed me for some reason. Will revisit/watch what I haven't yet.

I like him, but would prefer a grizzled veteran comedian/comedienne in that role rather than a classically trained actor who can act the part. There's a good reason that comedians are conducive to the format. Jeselnik would be perfect.

Ha! Alex said Reggie Watts was great, but their chemistry was off. A different Alex would work, but I haven't considered who would fit that role. Haven't watched the American one, honestly. Doesn't appeal to me. I've drifted over to the NZ and AUS ones and they're great when you give them a chance.
