It's been a busy few days preparing our next satellite for integration, and I had the opportunity to see firsthand what's happening in Budapest. I was able to observe briefly some of the ongoing protests against Orban and Putin. I had the chance to visit Liberty square too - poignant and moving.

Great to again join @watfordcouncil, @friendsofcassioburypark and loads of amazing volunteers as we continued to plant out hundreds more trees in our beautiful Whippendel Woods! Next session likely to be 9th Feb - please check council and friends comms if you'd like to sign up!

Thanks to Watford Council, Friends of Cassiobury Park, Community connections and the many volunteers from near and far for supporting the tree planting today in our beautiful Whippendel Woods! Today hundreds of trees were planted of the 3,000 we have planned for the area.

In the afternoon, I squeezed in a beautiful winter walk with the pup along part of our vital Chak Stream, the River Colne. Can't stress just how stunning it was.

Great to join the brilliant team and volunteers of Rotary Club of Watford tonight in Courtlands for a leg of this year's brilliant Santa Sleigh! Was great to see the decorations up and people of all ages enjoying see Santa!

🎄Started getting into the festive spirit by attending the Callowland Christmas lights switch-on organised by Cllr Dawn Allen-Williamson and supporting the amazing team at Waford Salvation Army with their Christmas donation appeal.

🚲Helped launch the Green Loop with @watfordmayor, @spokes_cycling_group and @watfordcyclehub - a brilliant new signed route around the centre of town connecting many of our green spaces!

🌳Supported public meeting for the Green Heart of Watford project - a joint project to invest in St Mary's open spaces to bring more high-quality park space, nature and wildflowers to our highstreet. For more info see St Mary's Climate Group and @watfordcouncil

♥️ Supported the rough sleeper count organised by @newhopehq - as ever it was amazing to see their incredible volunteers in action.
