This IS NOT equivalent to taking photos in a public space. Meta uses AI, instantly owns images as soon as they are uploaded and sells data. You can request someone not film, or delete/takedown the images. Once they are on Meta and in an AI you are screwed.

The system is absolutely rigged. Applied for PIP and rejected, assessor was a physio and had zero mental health knowledge (I know because I found their LinkedIn profile, public knowledge). Waited and applied for ADP when it was transferred to the Scottish Government, went through fine (Dr assessed).
