What a fantastic turn out at their rally. The NHS workers have been campaigning since 2023 to be paid for the correct banding for the work they do and fair back pay.

They have been campaigning since 2023 to be paid for the duties they have been doing above their grade and want the Trust to take the negotiations seriously.

New rules on care worker recruitment.

UNISON’s Gavin Edwards said making it easier for care staff to move to another visa sponsor is 'a positive step'. But the government should "remove visa sponsorship from individual employers and implement a sector-wide scheme.”
