You’ve got a book out? Who’d have thought it?

Yet again Lucy Connolly’s motherhood offered as mitigation. Despicable.

So, what, that’s all done by about four hours from now?

Yeah, Isaac Newton, prize twat. No wonder they stopped making pound notes, with his face staring out of them.

These people seem desperate to derail both this case and Stockport, making it difficult to find a jury. Is the aim, perhaps, to just stop the trials so they can blame Starmer? Are they really so base they’re prepared to deprive Stockport parents of justice, just to attack a Prime Minister?

Calling himself RFK Jr is an insult to his father’s memory, whilst attempting to profit on the goodwill engendered by it.

Someone called Jeremy Wikeley (apparently a “freelance writer and part-time arts administrator). It’s a bit mixed, I’m afraid.

There’s also a fundamental misunderstanding of what “FofS” actually is. It’s not a licence to act like a completely unregulated See You Next Tuesday. What they really fear is not being silenced, it’s being held accountable (and I agree, a lot of the time it’s sincere).

Mandelson is clever and crafty, but do we really know what he stands for? I’m prepared to believe his heart’s in the right place, but not for any reason related to evidence. I’m just nice (or extremely gullible).

It’s pure pique. They’re losing an outlet for their unpleasantness and bile. They’re all on X dismissing the departed as “sad lefty losers”, but you know what? Fuck ‘em. And the horse they came in on.

Sorry, can’t remember and I’m away from home for a few days, so can’t check.

Was reading the Literary Review in a coffee bar (saw it), walked down the street to the independent book shop and asked for it (said it), and bought a signed copy (sorted). Well done. Your “Earthly Powers”, perhaps.

They’re huge egos, to be sure, but they’re also, like Trump, bullies/cowards. It’s the latter bit that might keep the administration going: they’ll chuck their weight around with the poor and dispossessed, but probably not with their lord and master.
