4 years ago today, I (didn't know at the time) started my Cancer "journey". It all started with a test (no symptoms) - you mostly know the rest, I was too late. Don't be an Ian, go and get tested now.

Just home great day. Met a few off here which is always a pleasure. Excellent win some great performances and the Ian humble pie will be being eaten by me again for certain players. Watkins now need dropping it really isn’t happening. Bournemouth are worst snidey team we have played for a long time

Never ever underestimate the value of good friends and family, especially when you have your own challenges and need that support mechanism. Cracking evening to end a fantastic week. Still looking forward, not looking back.
