Complete mess this morning. Lots of pains the past week or so (feel as though we are moving onto a next phase) and sat here listening to all of the Children in need stuff. Then Scott Mills plays Snow Ptrol a song that makes me weepy anyway. So this 65 year old cancer fighter is feeling under …

Wow - just seen the total that Sara Cox has raised - 1.9 Million to date - that is amazing. Occasionally you do realise there are so many good people out there in the UK

4 years ago today, I (didn't know at the time) started my Cancer "journey". It all started with a test (no symptoms) - you mostly know the rest, I was too late. Don't be an Ian, go and get tested now.

What a complete and utter Cnut
President Trump criticises France and others for celebrating remembrance day, saying, "We're the one that won the wars"

Surreal, and so very disrespectful to every person who fought in the wars for the freedoms we all enjoy today

Just home great day. Met a few off here which is always a pleasure. Excellent win some great performances and the Ian humble pie will be being eaten by me again for certain players. Watkins now need dropping it really isn’t happening. Bournemouth are worst snidey team we have played for a long time

Nothing wrong with that goal - why the hell are they appealing?

Interesting how the officials give Arsenal a free ride to take free kicks where they want, Arteta to not stay in the technical area, no consistency giving them Yellow cards etc

One has woken up with a mouth like Ghandi’s flip flop. (Something me dad always used to say). Wine (large amounts of) not good for me I think.

Never ever underestimate the value of good friends and family, especially when you have your own challenges and need that support mechanism. Cracking evening to end a fantastic week. Still looking forward, not looking back.
