Nice canvas. One comment. On the outcome hypothesis you have one solution idea listed. My experience suggests that this can lead to output thinking, rather than emergent/outcomes thinking. I suggest asking for 2 or better 3 solution hypothesis on the canvas, so they are not fixated on one approach.
