I’d hazard a guess that the story-teller of this piece was privately educated and was provided from an early age with the sort of opportunities and resources which evade the vast majority of us.

In lieu of this, a caring government sensitive to the situation of yourself and countless others, would at the very least provide the level and quality of care whereby things become bearable. You have both my empathy and sympathy. 😥
