yes. Maybe 2-3 1/4 and 1/2 mile repeat days (‘can’t run fast if you dont run fast” type of approach) an week until i got there. Point is that you can definitely do it assuming your goal was once feasible, as some others have observed. And it is worth the effort.

3 months. A full year to drop six minutes off a 5k time (29 to 23). im Pushing 60 so that made tough but totally worth it.
