A good day opening more mixed-income, transit-oriented housing to new residents in the City of Lynnwood, WA for MSquared. Uniquely, this 50% affordable project led by Koz is opening within ~6 mos of the completion of the Sound Transit light rail extension, which connects to DT Seattle within 35min.
