I think you're right and I think the most likely outcome is something like 7-2 with Thomas and Alito dissenting. But I'd bet more on a 6-3 ruling than a 9-0 ruling.

I mean, I hope you're right. But hoping Roberts or Barrett aren't as horrible as they really are has gotten a lot of us disappointed. And if Roberts is goint to be the next Taney, this seems like a great way for it to happen.
