Foreign donations should be banned. & any individual or company donations restricted to a sum within the reach of a reasonable slive of the population – say, a maximum sum equal to the personal tax allowance.

The healthcare system in #Gaza is in ruins. Hospitals are barely functioning and medical staff have been working without fuel, electricity or food.
