Next week, I'll present a paper entitled "Roman plebs and indebtedness: the 'crisis of entitlement' of 384" at the University of Edinburgh's event "Shifting frontiers in Late Antiquity and Early Middle Ages". This paper is part of my PhD research on credit and social relationships in Late Antiquity.
