It’s beer o’clock 🍺🕔and I’m drinking a ‘Delerium’ Triple Belgian Beer.

An 8.5% abv beer that tastes lovely with a nice malt, banana and fruity taste😋

Have a good evening.
Cheers 🍻

It’s beer o’clock 🍺🕓 with a hazy DIPA ’Infinite Fog’ from #NorthernMonk Brewery.

The tin says it’s citrus and peach flavour and there is indeed a lovely big sweet hit of fruity hops; it dangerously doesn’t taste like it’s an 8% abv beer!😋

Have a great weekend.
Cheers 🍻

A very underrated Jam album with some gems on it.

‘Standards’, ‘In The Street Today’, ‘Life From A Window’👌🎯🔥🔥🔥

Here’s a live performance filled with power and passion of the title track.

‘The Lives Of Brian’ is a great read about Brian Johnson.
Brought back memories for me of growing up in Geordieland.

Fascinating reading about the journey Brian followed to end up as lead singer for AC/DC and about the making of ‘Back In Black’.

It’s beer o’clock🍺🕓 I’m savouring a classic Belgian Trappistes beer ‘Chimay Blue’.

Bottle fermented, it’s a lovely dark brown colour and tastes of chocolate, caramel, fruit and spice. A beautiful beer, those monks know how to brew beer 🍺👌

Have a good evening. Cheers!

It’s beer o’clock 🕔🍺 with a Scottish red beer matured in Caribbean Rum casks by #InnisandGunn .

Lovely beer this; Tastes like a chocolate fruit and nut bar and also vanilla, malt, spices and a subtle rum taste. A beer to savour on a dark rainy night.

Have a great weekend!
Cheers!🍻

That’s quite a score line!
Settled on penalties by the sounds of it! 😀
Border wars: a football match in 1599 between men of Bewcastle, England, and Armstrongs of Whithaugh, Scotland, was followed by ‘drynkyng hard’. Final score was two dead, 30 taken prisoner ‘and many sore hurt, especially John Whytfeild, whose bowells came out, but are sowed up againe’.

Cracking album. Here’s a brilliant performance on The Old Grey Whistle Test of my favourite album track ‘Jigsaw Feeling’.

That Banshees lineup of John McKay, Steven Severin and Kenny Morris 🎯👌🔥🔥🔥

A nice whisky this and very reasonably priced too.

Matured in Cognac casks, it has a nice nose and taste of brown sugar, toffee, dried fruits and caramel, with a hint of citrus and sweet spices. Nice finish too.

Have a good evening.
