I think it's incredibly healthy to pause, celebrate, look back & say, "I just DID that!" Spend some time feeling good about our accomplishment before jumping to the next thing. We deserve to congratulate ourselves, to acknowledge our hard work, and then rest a little too. 💗
Something I don't see creatives talk about so much is the crushing letdown and depression that can follow finishing up a huge project that has consumed you. Like you are suddenly cut adrift with no purpose. Got to reach for a lifeboat. That next thing...
