We made rolls! They’re stuffed with beef and potato, coated in spiced breadcrumbs, I made the spice blend at home, just a bunch of random seasonings that I thought would work. But they turned out great and crispy!
Are rolls fattening? Is it the oil? Easily fixable I think with an air fryer?

I really like cooking Sri Lankan food for people! Quite a few of my friends in the UK didn’t know you could make curry with beetroot! And they all loved it when I made it for them!

I am so glad that the government of Sri Lanka decided to take action against people running illegal businesses on tourist visas.
Too many people from wealthy countries are getting away with this, causing disruptions to residents and profiting. If you wanna conduct business, do it right. #SriLanka

I’m not sure why but I love a full English breakfast, however it’s after coming to the UK 🇬🇧 that I realised they call it a whole bunch of different names depending on where you’re from.
