As tempted as I am to call Tim Scott “Stepin Fetchit” I won’t because that would be disrespectful to Stepin Fetchit aka Lincoln Perry. Stepin Fetchit was a character portrayed by an actor with limited options. Tim Scott does this willingly. This is who he is. He’s an embarrassment! 🤡
