Yeah, a bit too far. It’s a bad look to have a murderer as a figurehead, even if you think it was justified.

On that point you’re absolutely right on target. A SpaceX mission was very publicly suggested about five minutes after the crew got stranded up there, and SpaceX and NASA have been talking with each other about it for months.

You don’t have it right. The flawed spacecraft was NASA’s Starliner, a Boeing product. Elon had nothing to do with it. And NASA has been talking with SpaceX about retrieving the two astronauts using a Dragon spacecraft for some time.

Note: this is not intended as an apologia for Musk, who I loath.

I’ve seen drop boxes near security in some airports, placed by a company that facilitates delivery (probably at some inflated price). SFO and SJC don’t have them, sadly.

And maybe a day at the orifice later, if you’re lucky.

I’ve been on Ozempic (same drug) for almost two years. I don’t have the time right now or space here to go into details… maybe talk to you on Signal later?

The Incredible Hulk is the first movie that could be considered part of the MCU, but just barely. It’s sort of half-formed and dates from the end of the lengthy dark ages before Marvel got their business mojo back. The MCU didn’t catch fire until Iron Man, at which point it pretty much exploded.

Me, I was content to play Star Raiders by the hour.

I wonder if David Gerrold knows about this?

Lengthy hesitations at some quiet intersections, jerky starts and stops, several unexplained reroutes, creeping forward while waiting at one light, and a sudden terrifying screeching stop at my destination. I’m not inclined to try them again.

Ah, well… I tried!

Still here tomorrow? If you have nothing else planned, maybe try 440 in the Castro for happy hour… my husband and I should be there. Haven’t seen you since I left Boston in 2009!

This guy is very flattered.

I was once told that I was a convex bottom.

Not that different… superficially.
