Very good point. Have always thought “Naturist Cruises” were an oxymoron. Unless under sail.

I visited on a weekday morning so it was fairly quiet, but the large cabin on the roofdeck (pic) has a sauna that can hold up to 100 people, apparently 🥵

Hi 👋 I’m into music (play piano & guitar) and have worked as a DJ for 30 years (showing my age 🫢) and also love swimming. Fortunately all of these can be done without one’s pants on!

Wish I still had my Acorn 16k and tape deck. Took about half an hour to load Elite and about 60 seconds to get annihilated once it started. Literally hours of my life I’ll never get back 🤣

I’m absolutely with you! And while I appreciate mixed groups, I can never understand groups or couples who plonk themselves in the middle of a naturist beach and keep their kit on. What’s that all about 🧐😂

Yes it’s not ideal 🤣. I sailed around the Cyclades a few years ago and hardly anyone had a stitch on! Even better in Croatia, I hear.

I think that’s the key. No one told me to get dressed when I was a kid so I never grew up with the “shame” that society teaches.

One of my favourite things about beaches in France is how multi-generational and communal naturism is. It’s common to see kids, parents and grandparents from the town meeting up. Nudity isn’t an issue, it’s just what some people prefer.

Excellent! My brother is the sailor in the family (although very much a textile one), I’m just competent crew! It’s still a vastly underused resource 😎

The thing is, it quickly changes from being afraid to see people you know, to attending events precisely because you’ll know people there!
