Friday Night Lights was incredible! 4 weeks of pushing my limits, peeling myself off the floor & growing mentally + physically. Huge shoutout to CrossFit Righteous & Team Buns & Guns—winning was great, but the experience was even better! Can’t wait for next year! #CrossFitOpen

I will never understand why when there are multiple cardio pieces of equipment open in a gym with no one on them someone will by pass all of the open ones just to come get RIGHT next to you! WHY!!!!!!!
