Some folks also are attuned to feeling collective energies. Transpersonal approaches validate what mystics and animists have said.

Political Trauma is a Systems Trauma. Systems Trauma causes and creates individual Trauma.

Political Trauma can also cause Complex Trauma for folks who have historically been systemically and intentionally oppressed for political gain.
