I spend maybe 4 hours a day "following up" on payments and leads for gigs. Which is part of being my own manager. But today an admin from a company that owes me money and is 15 days out of the date she said I would "hear from them" had the nerve to get attitude with me.

I think its one of those things that you can only experience by getting in the field lol. Maybe interested parties could do a shadow training or something like that... just to witness and then apply the knowledge.

From what I observed, it seemed that there was a general etiquette around moving in and out of the room and the volume. Because tho I could hear commotion, I was still able to fall asleep next door. Now I wouldn't say there 100 men, maybe more like 15 - 20 so I guess more manageable for 1 person.
