This is a great idea for a series! It could be a fun one too where we could ask people to submit short videos of themselves performing the tip!
Thank you!
Thank you!

Have you ever tried those head compression things? I get a lot of headaches and it works better than I feared, but from reading the reviews a lot hangs on your head size, which is like...can't they make a better product?!?

PT2 ...to mean that painkillers could increase resistance. (Tho this would be a risk associated with long-term use of painkillers, since it requires a pretty substantial change to the heavy metals in the body to start seeing affect on resistance).

It's known that higher concentrations of heavy metals tend to increase AMR (b/c metals increase mutation rates). Some painkillers also tend to impact the kidney's ability to remove heavy metals, and the combination is hypothesized, tho to my knowledge not fully vetted...PT1

It was super interesting to learn more about these studies showing common pain relievers, when combined with antibiotics, spreading AMR!

C-diff is definitely something we need to talk about more! Yeah, many bacteria, like staph, hitch a ride into hospitals on people’s skin. I read that during COVID, AMR prevention took a backseat due to staff shortages, which drove up AMR cases. I’ll add C-diff to our list of topics to cover!

One of our team members noted avian & swine flu get more attention because of their economic impact. Other diseases don’t carry the same weight. But with AMR, that could change. The pathways for zoonotic diseases (animal waste, handling) remain the same, yet the danger of those diseases is greater.

Apologies for the late replies! I wanted to give you informed answers so I consulted some other members of our team. 😄
There is definitely not enough info on AMR's impact on zoonotic diseases!
