Let me emphasize, though, that TRANS AND GENDER NON-CONFORMING YOUTH ONLY HAVE SURGERY IN EXTREMELY LIMITED, RARE CIRCUMSTANCES. In almost all cases, TGNC young people must wait until they are 18+ to have trans-related surgeries.
