Please keep fighting this fight. Disappearing people without due process to foreign prisons is the most unAmerican thing I’ve ever seen (and there are quite a lot of candidates for that title right now, sadly).

If we gave due process to Timothy McVeigh and the surviving Tsarnaev brother—who were actually charged with domestic terrorism offenses—we can give it to the man criminally charged with <checks notes> nothing before we send him to a foreign prison.
