What I mean by “at same times” is: do they happen at recurring time of day or intervals?

The symptoms you are describing, do they happen at the same times?
I ask because your description reminds me of cluster headaches that I used to get and used to use oxygen and indomethacin to help manage it

We had a family friend with issues and he had no feeling on one side of his face and also lost his sense of smell and taste. Years later he had a cavity and during dental work his feeling came rushing back to his entire face (and he had opted for no novacaine). No one knows why it came back that way

I am so sorry! I feel as though for some reason trigeminal issues have not been given the amount of research and speciality that it needs, it controls so many important things and there are so many things that seem to impact it.

I just found out there is a button that allows us to block everyone in a list in one fell swoop. If you click the subscribe button there is a “block all” button

It doesn’t help when our own team uses right wing phrases to trivialize how an important segment of our team expresses themselves and projects acceptance and tolerance (or trashes any of us for how we get our message out)
Keep up the good fight, we have a long 4 years ahead of us!
