Yes, although Diablo started with white - blue - yellow - orange/gold with green as set items. No purple.

WoW essentially standardized the colors by being incredibly popular.

I just don’t think I’ve ever really received much peer pressure (or pressure from family) to be more manly or whatever. My understanding is a lot of other people do.

IIRC it was cancelled far before it was time to go. Even though the DC sniper was caught, the field trip was already cancelled.

This was a real security concern as people were being shot randomly outside schools. I believe they cancelled all field trips in the district, which included our New Orleans trip.

Obviously it was illogical because the DC sniper was in DC, not New Orleans.

As I recall, it was cancelled specifically due to the DC sniper attacks.
