Something we haven’t focused on enough is that the Trump administration isn’t just deporting people without process, it’s deporting them & incarcerating them in inhumane conditions in a third country. And we are paying for that cruel & unusual punishment that our government is imposing.

Every day and in every way, Trump and his cohorts take another shit on the Constitution they have promised to revere and defend.

Trump isn't even in office yet & we're already talking about letting him bypass the Constitution as though that's a normal conversation to be having.

Just to be clear: the incoming Trump administration is going to war against their own Republican senate majority and the constitution's advice and consent provision so they can make a man investigated for ***sex trafficking a minor*** into the most powerful law enforcement officer in the country.

Indeed: A man whose 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 substantial experience with the criminal justice system and law enforcement—and, seemingly, the legal and judicial system generally—is his having been investigated for sex trafficking.

He's draining the swamp & appointing it to serve in his second administration
