Previous time - my order on 10/25 has had no updates, communication or follow up. I reached out 6 times with no follow up. Was told because they wanted to ensure quality. Was told someone would personally give me updates. Didn’t happen. Paid $165 for merch that I’m still waiting for.

Unfortunately, it’s genuinely gotten me no where. No answers other than “production delay” and “as soon as I have an update” for almost a week now. The order was almost a month ago. No communication. No merch. No answers. At this point, it seems $165 just went into the void. Blizzard used to be cool

I really wish the Blizz shop was this engaging. That place is horrible. 1 response to my email and silence since. $165 of merch still hasn’t shipped after a month. I just want answers.

We got ours but @support.blizzard.com and @tixr any idea why I can’t link my ticket to my account? Says “ticket with serial number now found”. It’s 100% the serial number
