Rich foods in your diet, to increase T level.

But avoid OPINOIDS.

WEIGHT TRAINING:

The Intence weight training, and more reps increases T.

But endurance activity, performed first decreases T production during weight training.

So, first Weights then Cardio.

HEAT and COLD

Temperature matters!

Cold Showers and Ice baths help in high T levels.

Cooling your body causes a vasol dilation and then the blood flow increses.

It partially increases the T level.

Also, avoid Bright light exposure to your eyes during the night. If you're doing this, you're surpassing Dopamine release.

If you're surpassing dopamine release, then you have low T levels.

No supplement or other things would work, if you're doing it.

Apnea is under breathing during sleep.

People with dramatically overweight faces this. And lowers the T level.
