I wasn’t at the parade today, although I had been there in the morning to catch the amazing vibe in the city with my son & his girlfriend. Such an unpleasant end to an amazing day, and thoughts very much with those injured & their families.

Not a big thing, in the grand scheme of things, but when I bought my exercise bike in August 2024, I was still using my walking stick most days.
Today, I haven't used my walking stick in almost a month, and I hit a total of 250km on the exercise bike since I first rode it. Getting there.
