Both daughters were diagnosed autistic in their 20s. Cousin is AuHD, her mum defo is but hasn’t gone for diagnosis. Sister is inattentive ADHD. We’re a neurodivergent family! Having the diagnosis helps bc I can access things that weren’t an option before.

I went the Right to Choose route (only available in England, unfortunately). I have found that listening and reading is a good focus tho.

I love books…. I struggle with the focus to read, so yes, I practice the Art of Tsundoku! ADHD-C diagnosed a year ago. I now have text-to-speech software on DSA provided laptop which should help with the mountains of reading I need to tackle for my DBA!
