If I may add, and if you're open to it, perhaps look into something like GoodSync to back up your NAS to the cloud (e.g. Amazon S3 bucket, etc.). This is what I do.

Specifically, the Jotform configurable list appends data to the same cell in the table whether it's used once or multiple times. This POC has each input in the configurable list as a column in the table, and when used multiple times, additional columns are added to the table only if needed.
