And FWIW, google maps has "Деҳаи Сафедоб"/ "Safedob Village" labeled nearby, which would also fit with some of the reports which talk about the avalanche coming close to "Safedob(i) village".

I think the video is from much further down the valley - here's a q+d screenshot from Copernicus browser from 24 Oct, and again on 27 Oct. Distance between the fronts is ~800 m:
