My speculation is that staff tenure is at an all-time low, so we now have a whole team of under-experienced people trying to develop new stuff in a mature game where we have set expectations, and floundering due to that lack of exp. & lack of capable leadership to push a cohesive, consistent product

Like I don’t understand, were Surge and Pedro designed in a vacuum? That should take bare minimum foresight, I don’t see how they beat the bait and switch allegations if they leave him nerfed. I do like that they took away my decision paralysis when both ended up in my opening hand lol
