yeah, the honey probably fermented. It's generally fine to eat fermented honey, but it could still spoil and make you sick if there's mold or bacteria. I would just be aware of how it tastes. It won't make very good mead though.

I used to be this kid. It didn't do me any favors later on. I know people who I think used to be this kid too. Adults who are hyper-concerned with "what" but can't be bothered to think about "why" are dreadful to work with.
