I haven't been able to ID these mushrooms. Growing in the base of a poplar. They're not ink caps. Mealy scent.

Late 60s to 70s generations were going through so much turmoil, yet they had awesome music. Cooked this while listening to some Motown. Tofu is cheaper than any other animal protein. It turned out yummy. Eating healthy doesn't have to be expensive. Next time I'll try this with mushrooms.

I like to take pictures of some of the dishes I make. This is spaguetti with a veggie and nuts sauce, mushrooms on top for extra protein and parmessan cheese. I didn't have fresh Basil to top it up, unfortunately. Eating well doesn't have to be expensive.
