The big issue for me is that our M.O seems to be 'play it backwards' all the time. Even our throw ins. No real desire to take men on. At one stage last night we were up around their r/h corner flag and it was played back to Collins via 4 or 5 players. That's poor.

I hope whoever comes in as coach changes our style of play and tempo. We play the same predictable way game after game. And we are so slow in thought and process.
