Cook at 350 for about 30 min, until toothpick comes out. Flip on wire rack when out of oven. Like pineapple upside down cake.

Heat 1/2 cup honey and 1 tablespoon corn syrup until warm then remove from heat. Add 4 tbsp cold unsalted butter and mix until emulsified.

Pour into a greased 9 inch cake pan. Add thin slices of Jalepenos to the bottom. Then slowly add cornbread mixture from first part on top of jalepenos

1 cup ap flour
1 + 1/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon fine seasalt
1/2 cup sugar
