Exhausting
I am boring to my core except that I lead an all-woman team that has turned flipping on its head. We work to keep the equity with the sellers and their houses away from flippers. Many of our clients are retirees who really need that money. And we employee about 12 women in a male dominated field. 💪💜

Today I hosted a small Paint a Giant Holiday Card party in our neighborhood. I can’t control what’s happening in the world or country but I can contribute to making things better where I am. As I am untalented, I left the painting to the more talented people. Aren’t the cards are so, so cute!?!
