Accepting diversity is not easy for everyone. Its a primal feeling to be safe with your herd. I wish I knew how as a civilization we overcome it. Humanity will die as a fractured society if we dont learn that soon enough.

Simple solution; First home - 1% property tax. Second home - 5% property tax. Third and more homes -10% property tax. Rental income on 3+ homes - 50% income tax on that portion. No exception of tax for rental mortgage interest. Only named and passport identified individuals can own howsing property.

Buying a few properties and living off other peoples hard work is outright wrong.
There should be a law that dictates a ceiling on home ownership and outright ban corporations from owning homes.

With our population density, am wondering why pharma companies are not providing individual vial packs. It should be easier to force pharm companies to provide individual packs rather than not give vaccines because of wastage (due to multi pack packaging)

You can give as much money you want to people and it will do nothing to help the economy. USA and dollar today resembles Spain and Gold. Until the Western civilization understands the greed of its 1%rich and bring in policy to stop offshoring jobs, nothing will change.

Another related problem. Lets say there is some inflation adjustment and the salary is doubled. But your tax rate is also increased. So the government gave you a tax hike and cut taxes for 1%ers.
