I have the opposite problem, short legs and long torso. I do end up doing lot of fine tuning to get bike to fit, especially as you get older, when the body is less forgiving.

Same, same, I have glass mounted mirror on my bike. On the road, best accessory.

It’s funny you mention this, as I am going to great lengths to restore my 30 year old BikeFriday with drops. I miss my drops! Then, I am British, may be its culture thing.

The problem with trains in the UK is that they run for profit, for shareholders, not for the people. Trains should be considered essential infrastructure, alongside sewage, water & roads. Unfortunately, while having a completely useless Lab gov (by name only), little will change.

Yes, it can be done. It just needs a change of mindset.

Problem today the only choice of who to vote for is the degree of right wing, center-right to extreme.

Thanks for the recommendation, Zero Altitude by Helen Coffey. Order online, just have to wait. Moving to the EU next year, not flying would be a great option, especially if I'm using my e-Brompton.

Living in Australia & Italy, it’s still just a dream a bike friendly cites.

Off peak, hate to think what full fare would cost. Cheaper to fly from London to Paris or Rome.

Thank you for sharing. We need to stop this right wing evil.

Nude art can be a beautiful portrait, featuring the head and shoulders of a person without makeup. Not sure why nude art has to be of the breasts or genitals.

I find it offensive to put labels such as old lady on nude art. Nude, naked, is not hiding behind cloth, makeup, or plastic surgery. Are we too shallow to see the beauty of the folds of skin, wrinkles, and scars?

Next time I am in London with my Brompton, I will ride. Looks London is finally getting onboard with cycling and walking.

If you going to use delivered water, you might want to consider having tank above the main property that the tanker can access. Then just use gravity feed (no pumps). That way your water will always be under pressure. Also useful during bushfires if you have to dampen things down.

Not sure of the rainfall, but what about a tin roof over wooden structure at entrance , with drain into tank. Might be good backup, and good to drinking. But like most ideas, it still cost money.

It’s great to hear you are ok. The madness of what is happening in America, no one is safe.

I think we over analyse, it’s a picture of Sadie who just happens to be naked. It’s society that imposes these labels.
