Ends USAID which helped millions of poor & sick abroad, cuts cancer and other science research, fires or forces retirement/resignation of 250,000 fed civil workers, cuts subsidies so ACA premiums will skyrocket, rural hospitals close & imposes tariffs so small businesses close. But helps Argentina.
