The next paper that is nearing submission will be on related the different wild species of apples to cultivated apples and to various apples held in germplasm collections. Here is an image from an early proof of concept test I conducted in 2020 while I was still a post-doc.

I used to post to Twitter to communicate my scientific publications mostly in the area of apple genomics/genetics, particularly in the area of pedigree reconstruction and ancestry in apples. I will now do so on Bluesky.
